Marmara Baghdad for Engineering Industries is an industrial engineering company specialized in engineering design, manufacturing, and on-site installation of steel structures and custom industrial equipment. With 26 years of accumulated experience, we deliver projects that require strict compliance with technical specifications and applicable codes. Manufacturing is executed in Iraq through our own workshop, supported by strong sourcing relationships in Turkey, China, and Europe for materials, equipment, and spare parts.
Scope of work
- Workshop manufacturing (cutting, forming, welding) with quality control and technical documentation.
- Pre-delivery preparation and inspection.
- On-site installation of completed works.
- Industrial maintenance and revamping.
- Procurement and supply support through our external sourcing network when required.
Specialization & capabilities
- Engineering design and re-design based on client requirements and applicable codes, executed in SolidWorks: 3D modeling, shop drawings, and fabrication files, with clear technical documentation for fabrication and installation.
- Manufacturing and execution of industrial steel structures for oil & gas, power, cement, and public projects, in compliance with approved technical specifications and engineering codes.
- Fabrication and supply of pipeline structures — pipe racks, pipe supports, and cable trays — including on-site installation.
- Manufacturing of oil & refinery equipment and components for refineries and processing units, including internals, central pipes, scallop plates, support units, and components for industrial towers and furnaces.
- Heavy industrial equipment for the cement, gypsum, and energy sectors, including production-line parts, operating equipment, rotary kilns, covers, and special mechanical equipment.
- Design and manufacture of special-purpose equipment and machines supporting fabrication, maintenance, and on-site installation, per each project’s requirements.
- In-shop assembly, inspection, and quality control, with on-site installation and commissioning executed to the highest quality and safety standards.
